Business Development Manager – Partnerships
Lead Ailoo's partnership strategy across Saudi Arabia — signing restaurant, corporate, and ecosystem partners to accelerate growth.
Head of Corporate Sales – B2B
Own the B2B revenue line. Acquire and grow enterprise accounts, pitch Ailoo Business to large corporates, and build a high-performance sales team.
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Manage the CEO's calendar, communications, travel, and strategic priorities. This role is exclusively open to People of Determination — candidates with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. Ailoo is committed to building an inclusive workplace.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Own all operational verticals — driver onboarding, city expansion, customer experience, and daily platform reliability across Saudi Arabia.
VP of Growth
Drive rider and driver acquisition across all Ailoo cities. Own growth strategy, paid channels, referral programs, and city launch playbooks.
Sales Executive – Egypt
Establish Ailoo's commercial presence in Egypt. Sign corporate clients, negotiate fleet deals, and build a local partner network ahead of city launch.
Driver Acquisition Specialist
Recruit, verify, and onboard new Ailoo drivers in Riyadh. Hit daily sign-up targets, manage onboarding pipelines, and improve activation rates.
Senior Backend Engineer
Build and scale the Ailoo platform — ride matching engine, real-time dispatch, payments, and driver APIs. Python/Go, Redis, Postgres.
Mobile Engineer (iOS & Android)
Own the Ailoo rider and driver apps. Ship features fast, maintain sub-100ms map performance, and collaborate closely with product and design.
City Operations Manager
Manage all ground operations in Riyadh — supply/demand balance, driver quality, peak coverage, and rapid incident resolution.
Logistics & Fleet Coordinator
Coordinate vehicle inspections, driver document renewals, and fleet quality across the Riyadh network.
Customer Support Specialist – Riders
Resolve rider queries and disputes via in-app chat and phone. Handle trip issues, refunds, and safety reports with empathy and speed.
Driver Support Specialist
First point of contact for Ailoo drivers 24/7 — handle earnings disputes, account issues, safety incidents, and onboarding questions.
Head of Marketing – Saudi Arabia
Lead all brand and performance marketing — rider acquisition, driver recruitment, social media, influencers, and PR across KSA.
Content & Social Media Manager
Create and manage Ailoo's content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X. Arabic-first strategy with strong local voice.
